To effectively implement the new directives from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "strengthening the legal protection of intellectual property rights" and to enhance coordinated protection efforts, the unveiling ceremony of the Intellectual Property Procuratorial Legal Service Point was successfully held at the Xiangcheng District Procuratorate in Suzhou City on April 25, 2023. Mr. Zhu Hongtai, Chairman of Gemanli (Suzhou) Great Health Industry Development Co., Ltd., attended the event as a representative of entrepreneurs.
Chairman Zhu visited the Crime Prevention Education Base, the Feng Menglong Integrity Culture Corridor, and other venues. At the meeting, Chief Prosecutor Wang Cen remarked on the extensive efforts needed to strengthen intellectual property protection. The Xiangcheng District Procuratorate will emphasize comprehensive intellectual property protection, focusing on tasks such as combating intellectual property crimes and enhancing coordination among law enforcement agencies, to improve the quality and efficiency of intellectual property prosecution. This aims to build a robust framework for intellectual property protection in Xiangcheng District.
Mr. Zhu expressed his gratitude, noting that as a franchise chain with stores in over 190 cities nationwide, Gemanli has a significant need for intellectual property protection. The establishment of the prosecutorial protection liaison point is a milestone for Gemanli and the industry.

To protect consumers' rights, Gemanli has collaborated with judicial departments to launch operations against illegal activities, resulting in the removal of over 25,360 infringing links on platforms like JD.com, Tmall, and Pinduoduo, and initiating 34 lawsuits, with 24 concluded.
The establishment of the "Intellectual Property Protection Procuratorial Service Point" enhances Gemanli's intellectual property risk defense capabilities.
